We provide Standard glass bottles, it means that you do not need
special design of mold, which will save your time and budget
considerably.
⑵ Personalized Bottle Customization
Here clients are welcome to provide their personalized bottle
design drawings or bottle samples to us. We will make the molds
exactly according to the materials from clients and send you a
bottle sample. then it will be put into mass production if the
sample has been approved by clients.
⑶ Decoration
label decoration treatment such as decoration firing, frosting,
embossing, electroplating, color spraying, screen printing, and
precious metal stamping are available upon the customized bottles
to make them aesthetic.
⑷ Metal labels & Cap Solution
we can help to find appropriate labels and caps to match the
customized glass containers upon request. Bottle delivery method is
up to clients’ requirements.
3. Processing
1. Raw Materials: Silica sand, soda ash, limestone, cullet (crushed glass), and
others.
2. Batch house: Weighing raw materials, and delivering to the hopper at the
melting furnace.
3. Melting: Melting of mixed raw materials at about 1550℃ in the melting
furnace.
4. Feeding: Feeding of glass gob at an optimum temperature suitable for
bottle weight and shape is fed into a glass bottle-forming machine
via the feeder.
5. Forming: Forming of bottles by a glass bottle-forming machine and mold as
per the bottle's design.
6. Annealing: Annealing of bottles as soon as they leave the glass
bottle-forming machine.
7. Inspection: After annealing in the lehr, bottles are strictly checked by
Automatic inspection machine and visually inspects each bottle to
confirm quality by skilled technicians.
8. Additional processing: a) Hot-end coating. b) Cold-end coating.
9. Further processing: Frost, screen printing, painting, silk printing, etc.
10. Packaging & shipment: Bottles are packed according to their destination, and are stored
in a warehouse or shipped.

50% deposit first,Then we start production, nearly finished with 2
days, 50% balance will be paid before shipping

The freight will be given by the freight company based on your
Gross Weight and CBM.

We You can inspect by visit factory by person,or ask third party to
inspection,or by picture inspection.

Yes, we have a professional team having rich experience in printing
design and manufacturing, Just tell us your ideas and we will help
to carry out your ideas into perfect labels. It does not matter if
you do not have someone to complete files, send us high resolution
